Wouldn’t it be fun if Michael McCarty brought back that original ground breaking menu for a month? With elevated prices, of course. I would be the first in line.
Jonathon Waxman seems to appear in most of your old columns. So enjoy reading about the past or should I say remembering the past. Looking forward to seeing you in Charleston!👏
Love reading about old successful LA restaurants mainly because I used to spend so much time dining in them. My favorite was Ma Maison, especially when Wolfgang Puck was running the kitchen. Loved La Scala for lunch for its wonderful salad. The good old days really were good. So many new and creative restaurants since the 1970’s, but for me, the originals are still worth remembering.

From your lips to …
Love it
However I usually can't read the old articles as they only zoom 1 small level.
Any tech improvement would be appreciated as I would love to read them
I’m able to zoom and scroll. Perhaps read on a tablet or (gasp) laptop?
