Also note there is no pork in this entire post so I can only assume the title alludes to working through the night, weaving webs, lucky if you’re finished by sun up.

No ordinary spider.

Post a pastrami in place of salami.

How do they get the beautiful dark edges on the pastrami? They look so full of flavor.
