My childhood holidays always included stuffed celery, olives, and all kinds of finger foods which always ruined our appetites for the main course (invariably eels, linguini with clams and other icky delights).

I encountered these berries when I was a Peace Corps Geologist 60 years ago in Ghana. They grow wild in West Africa. 'bout time they are seen here.

Love your books. Reading for the 3rd time "Garlic and Sapphires". Was living as your neighbor at 808 Huntley Dr, W. Hollywood. Worked at "Trumps", Mortons, Monkey Bar, and Victor Drai's. I became a much better cook under the training of the chefs at these restaurants.
