I’d reconsider Josephine Chez Dumonet. Recent visit was a disappointment. Service confused, wrong dishes brought to table. Based on the Boeuf Bourguignon I’d speculate there has been a change in the kitchen. Quiet sad. Loved that place

I admire and respect your work (you were one of my inspirations to pursue a career detour into food), but I've noticed recently you've had some errors with regards to Japanese foods/ingredients. If you ever need anyone to proof your posts on Japanese food I'd be happy to help.
