Profound post except for one egregious error: You were wrong about 'sparing us' from rest of your Regency Club typed notes. I'm relentlessly pounding my dessert spoon on the table until you post the remaining pages. Please keep -more- pages coming until you reach -30-

When I was a kid, I was horrified at the kosher salamis hanging on their strings in the delis. Little did I know.

such efforts are needed now- more than ever! to cultivate FRESH THINKING which we NEED to meet the challenges we are living with. it was a joy to support the hope that was felt when Obama was running. it's more difficult today when the challenges are dark and gristled.

Mickey Mousse?

Been watching a lot of YouTube shows about defunct theme parks, and every host has the bizarre love/hate relationship with Disney. As a result, I see a lot of film and video footage of Mickey and Minnie Mouse....

PS: I'd love some "Main" Lobster, especially if it's cheaper than MAINE Lobster!

Thank you for the story about the inaugural dinner! I need every scrap of hope I can find, and knowing that people are still out there doing good makes these days easier to bear.

so great to learn about another terrific salami source. Here on the west coast I have loved Olympia Provisions, but recently I discovered The Journeyman Meat Co in Sonoma. Their Finnochiona chub and the Parmesan and Porcini chub are both extraordinary.

Love La Salumina! My partner carries it at his bakery, Bread and Salt. They're great people.

It was probably a mini mouse!

I like Disney, except what he did to fairytales.

I live on Cape Cod; sometimes we get cheap lobster!😁

I LOVE Finocchiona, which the Finocchietta bears a pretty close resemblance to. The first place I found it was Wegmans' in upstate NY where I currently live, and it's part of a great dinner-sized antipasto salad I made a few times each summer for my ex and her niece.
