I am not sure what I admire more -your organizational ability to pull all of these treasures out from your RR Vault or your writing and capturing the essence of tastes and treats from your life long adventures with great chefs and restaurants- your writing is like a food retreat for me- a pause in my busy-ness.

I have to negative but it is becoming rare that Americans cook ANYTHING at home. Fewer house parties. They either get take out or go out. "All my rowdy friends have rowdied on down!"
