Checked your IG and couldn't find that spicy seductive lamb you talked about. Would luv the recipe. BWT, please invite me to any food event you're going to so I can simply clean off your plates or feast on the crumbs you leave around them. You regularly eat some of the most sumptuous food on the planet!

Read all your books (you write very well), have your first "Gourmet" cookbook (love it), took the magazine until it was culled, and attended your presentation in Yakima, WA. I'm a fan, needless to say and I just hope you keep on keeping on for as long as you can!

I had lunch twice at Le Bernardino in the ‘80’s when I lived in NYC. The meals were sublime. I particularly remember having skate in a brown butter…I’ve never had skate that good since then.
